Born from shift work. Built for everyday life.

RE:SET Hydration started with a simple idea: hydration that fits real life.

After more than a decade working as a paramedic, I know what it’s like to get through long shifts, early starts, late nights and busy days where looking after yourself can easily become an afterthought.

I wanted to create something I would genuinely reach for myself — something simple, convenient and easy to make part of an everyday routine.

That idea became RE:SET Hydration.

What started as an idea turned into months of research, formulation, samples, taste testing, packaging changes and plenty of trial and error.

The goal was to create more than just another drink mix.

RE:SET combines electrolytes with taurine, Vitamin C and Vitamin B12 in a refreshing lemon-flavoured powder, made right here in Australia.

Just tear. Pour. Shake. RE:SET.

Why RE:SET?

Because life gets busy.

Whether you’ve just finished a long shift, smashed out a workout, spent the day running after the kids, travelled, or simply haven’t kept on top of your water — sometimes you just need a moment to reset.

RE:SET was created for shift workers, parents, busy people and anyone trying to look after themselves while keeping up with everyday life.

From an idea to something real

One of the most surreal parts of this journey has been watching something that once existed only as an idea in my head become a real product — and then seeing people actually order it, drink it and make it part of their routine.
